Another measure by means of which the town wants to reduce emissions from road transport is to develop sustainable mobility through support and development of bicycle transport.
In order to develop and promote bicycle transport, the town proposed to purchase 10 bicycles for employees of the Town Hall and the Town's Technical Services. Within this measure, the Brezno Municipality wants to set an example for its inhabitants and motivate them to use sustainable forms of transport to use a bicycle instead of a motor vehicle to get to work.
