The restoration of the building consisted of:
- the complex renovation of the outer shell /perimeter walls, roofs, ceilings, plinths/, specific insulation, colour and material solutions of the facade, replacement of windows, doors, glass walls, window cladding, glass walls, attics, repairs of entrance reinforced concrete structures, lightning protection, heating regulation, lamp replacement, design of minor building modifications of the building.
According to the conclusions of the energy audit, the renewal of the said kindergarten will save CO2 emissions at the total amount of 49.7 tons/year. At the same time, the implementation of measures will achieve potential energy savings of approximately 68% compared to the existing situation.
