When it comes to public buildings, there will be the question of providing shading with alternative elements of green infrastructure, specifically in the form of exterior vertical greenery, which will be installed in the courtyard of M. R. Štefánik, where the Museum of Communism is located. It will green the part of the facade of the walls. The aim is to ensure cooling of the environment through evapotranspiration of vegetation (release of water from the surface of plants) and evaporation from surfaces, capture of dust particles. Vertical greenery contributes to improvement and healing of the climate, it contributes to increasing the ecological value of the area.
